Shipping Policy
-Shipping cost will be calculated at the time of checkout.

-Shipping charges above Rs 6000 is free.

-For orders below 6000, Rs 150 will be charged against shipping cost. However, the shipping cost may be higher in certain orders depending on certain factors as claimed by the delivery agent.

-We do not ship outside India.

-Once the order is placed and we send you out a confirmation mail for the same, we start processing your order. Regardless of the time, it may take to manufacture the product(s), when it is dispatched, you will be shared the AWB number or the tracking ID of your order.

-Orders are usually delivered within 1-7 business days (except Sundays and Holidays). However, the time may vary as per the locations in India and the shipping delays due to some circumstances which are out of our control.

-In case of custom made orders, we take a minimum of 15-21 days to deliver the order

-It is crucial that you provide the correct address, PIN code and shipping details to ensure a timely delivery. Orders are shipping on all days except Sunday and Holidays.

Return & Exchange Policy
-Items once purchased are non-refundable as well as non-returnable. However, in certain cases, we might be able to issue an exchange that is only a one-time offer.

-Orders once placed cannot be cancelled.

-In the case of custom made orders, the products are strictly non-refundable, non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

-The product sent for return/exchange is supposed to be delivered by the customer from their end. We don't offer a product pick-up system for the same.

-If in any special case we accept a return request, the product must be returned within 10 days from the date of delivery. In exchange for that, if we issue another product, the shipping for the same has to be borne by the client yet again.

-The product must be returned in its original condition along with all labels and tags, invoice, dust bags, hangers, freebies, etc.

-Any garment sent for return/exchange initially undergoes a quality check program. Any garment found torn, worn, washed, soiled or damaged will not be accepted for return or exchange. In that case, the product shall be sent back to the same delivered address.

-In certain cases where we accept the return, we will issue a Studio credit in the form of a credit coupon, shipping and transaction cost for which will be deducted.

-The products purchased by you may sometimes take longer than the scheduled date of delivery. Such delays are usually on an account of unforeseen circumstances which is out of our control. Such a reason shall not be held liable for the return of the product.

-In any of the above or other cases, notwithstanding the return request, the website reserves the right to reject any return/exchange. The product shall be sent back to the customer at its original shipping address.

-The website shall not exceed the value of the product returned/exchanged but may be subject to deductions of any benefits such as discounts availed, shipping and delivery charges, etc, if any.

-Any damage caused to the product during transit, we shall not be held liable for it. You will be solely responsible for the condition of the product.

Return Procedure

-Call/WhatsApp on the given Customer Care number or mail us regarding your return/exchange request.

-Once we receive your product, you will receive a confirmatory e-mail. Upon undertaking the quality test and inspection of the product, you will be informed about the decision with respect to its acceptance or rejection via WhatsApp/mail within 2 working days of receiving the product.

-If accepted the return/exchange, the value of the product to be returned/exchanged shall be issued to you in the form of a credit coupon within 7 working days of receiving the product. If rejected, the product will be shipped back to the same delivered address. However, in either case, the shipping charge shall be borne by the client and all of this information will be conveyed via mail/WhatsApp.
