-As per the products sold on the website, we accept full payment before the order has been dispatched. If for any reason, we fail to deliver any product as per your order, we will inform you about the same and give a full refund. 


-Any Coupon code or Gift card issued by the website is only redeemable once. It will not be valid on discounted products and also cannot be clubbed with existing offers and discounts. 


-We do not claim any guarantee of exactness of the purchased product in terms of its appearance, colour, fit or quality.


-There is also a possibility that you may need to alter certain products for a perfect fit as every individual's body differ from each other with respect to the size chart provided or the measurements taken in a video call in case of custom made outfits. 


-While we try our best to showcase our products accurately on our website, we aren't obligated to provide any physical preview of the product either before or after the sale.


-The website is not liable to compensate you for any kind of quality disappointment of the purchased product. At the most, we may allow you to return the product in exchange for another product as per the terms prescribed under the website's 'Returns & Exchange Policy.


-You cannot ask us for compensation for special, indirect, incident or consequential damages, for any reason which includes but not limited to:-

  --Any minor variation in the finishing or appearance of the product.

  --Any delay in delivery caused by unforeseen circumstances.

  --Any missed opportunities to avail certain discounts.

  --Any issue with the courier company or our delivery personnel.

  --Any gift voucher which got deactivated or expired.

  --Unavailability of items which you tried to purchase.


-Data provided on the website can sometimes be inaccurate as per the availability or pricing of the product which might sometimes go unnoticed after you have placed the order. In such cases, we will contact you through your registered mail id/contact number and seek instructions from you as to whether you'd like to cancel the order or pay the balance amount. If you elect to cancel the order, we shall refund the full amount paid by you. However, if you elect to pay the differential amount, we shall process the order. 


-Before placing an order, you are instructed to go through the full description of the products including the 'Returns & Exchange Policy.

Payment Methods

-We accept credit card and debit card payments (Visa, Master Card, Rupay, Maestro EMI, NetBanking, Maestro, UPI, Mobile Wallets, etc). There is no option for COD payments. 


-When you pay by card, the amount is immediately debited from your account and you will receive a confirmation mail within 3-4 hours of your order placed.


-Orders once placed cannot be refunded.


-In the case of customised orders, there's no scope of a partial payment system. We take full payment once the order is placed.


We offer customisations of specific garments or client's requirements as per a particular body type. In this case, you can click 'Customise this' on the product page or you can drop us a mail at or call/WhatsApp us at +91-9830280570.


Customisation Procedure



Once we receive a customisation request from your end, we get you in touch with the Designer as per the appointed date and time. The Designer will curate the best with your preferred choice (or reference pictures) of outfit as per your occasion/theme, colour choice and budget range. All of this will be done over a video call.



As per the conveniences on both ends, we arrange a video call for measurements of the client.

It's very simple and quick!

All you'll need to do is keep a measuring tape with you while we guide you over the call. If you're unable to do it on your own, you can have someone assist you with the same while we guide you over the call. 



Once the measurement is done, we'll shortly mail/WhatsApp the invoice of your order for the full payment. Please do not request partial payments. Also, orders once placed, cannot be cancelled, refunded, returned or exchanged for any reason. 



Once we have received the payment, you'll be notified via e-mail/WhatsApp from our end within 2-4 hours of the order confirmation. 


***Once the order is placed, we take a minimum of 15-21 days to manufacture and ship the product(s) across states. In case of urgent delivery, do let us know beforehand. Additional charges will apply for orders against shipping charges and express delivery. All the custom made products are non-refundable, non-exchangeable and non-returnable under any circumstances.
